Record the action taken. Required: this becomes part of the incident audit trail.
An unacknowledged alert walks these levels in order. Any acknowledgement (dashboard, SMS reply, voice keypress) stops the walk. After-hours contacts take over outside business hours when set.
Auto check-in zones: arriving starts the zone's welfare timer, leaving closes it. Draw a zone straight on the map: scroll in, click to drop it, then fine-tune the position and size.
Recurring welfare prompts. The handset gets a CHECK IN prompt; no response inside the grace window raises a missed-welfare alert.
Group your field staff (handset holders) into teams. Managers and viewers assigned to a team only see that team's devices. Control-room logins attribute every acknowledgement and resolution.
Every welfare timer: who checked in, the address they gave, each interim check-in, when they checked out and how it ended.
